Messages:
2016 Moving Up Message
Congratulations to our dear graduates for reaching this significant milestone in your lives. Let this achievement also be generously shared among school administrators and personnel, teachers, and parents who have given a part of themselves to ensure this success for our young learners.
This day holds more significance because it comes at a time when the Philippine education system is undergoing the biggest education reform in the country, the K to 12 Program. With its full implementation come June 2016, we send you off to another journey of your lives — with our hearts filled with hope that we have given you the quality education you deserve, one that is inclusive, relevant and holistic.
This year’s theme “Kabataang Mula sa K to 12, Tagapagdala ng Kaunlaran sa Bansang Pilipinas” reminds us of the youth’s role in building a nation every Filipino deserves. The future will always have a place for people who forge ahead with purpose and a keen intent to serve. In diversity, find opportunities to reach out and build bridges; in difficulty, the chance to be altruistic; and in challenges, reasons to learn and rise to the occasion.
Our country needs graduates who will commit to uphold and enhance the best of what it has to offer — citizens who are as patriotic as they are competent, highly-skilled and innovative.
Dear graduates, education is a continuing journey towards self-actualization. The world outside the four corners of your classroom is filled with possibilities and challenges, and they are waiting for you. As you move closer to your aspirations, let your moments of victory serve as an inspiration for others and your moments of defeat be your motivation to work harder and to do more not only for yourself but also for our fellow Filipinos.
For us in the schools, may this theme remind us of the core reason of our vocation: to mold young minds into citizens who have a heart for service and a dream for the Filipino nation.
Again, congratulations to our graduates! I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Patuloy tayong magsama-sama para sa edukasyon.
Mabuhay kayo!

Message
From the Office of the School Principal
My warmest greetings to the parents and completers of school year 2015-2016 !
A Moving-Up or Completion Ceremony marks a new beginning. Just like graduation ceremony, it is considered a victory won over academic trials and all other forms of difficulties in Junior High School. This is an initial success which is a living testament of hard work, perseverance and dedication of our junior high school students and their parents.
The theme for this very first Completion Ceremony is “Kabataang Mula sa K to 12, Tagapagpadala ng Kaunlaran sa Bansang Pilipinas.” Here, our Junior High School Completers are being recognized as the hope for a better Philippines – a brighter and more progressive nation. The knowledge and skills they have acquired from the K to 12 curriculum, and most of all, the lessons on life and love they have acquired from Consolacion NHS-Evening Class, made it possible for them to have a brighter future, in a more livable Philippines.
Our completers have pushed real hard to be here, to be counted and become part of this big event. Knowing the fact that they belong to the first batch to undergo Moving Up Ceremony, I am sure that they and their parents are so proud at this very moment. But since the human mind, like anything material, could rot and wither, there is still a need to continuously feed the mind with more knowledge and learning, to continuously move forward to the senior high school in preparation for employment, entrepreneurship, middle skills development or higher education.
My dear completers, in whatever way you may traverse, always put your best foot forward and ask for God’s intervention and you can never go wrong. May you become productive members of our society and contribute meaningfully to nation building. This is my wish, this is my prayer.
To all of you, Congratulations and Godspeed!

Dear graduates,
Mabuhi !
What a joyous occasion graduation is. It is a triumph for the students who have completed their academic requirements. It is an accomplishment for the faculty and school administration who have mentored the graduates through their lessons and teachings. It is a victory for the family and community who have supported our youth in preparation for the next stage in their life's journey.
Consolacion National High School - Evening Class has given you the tools and skills to face the coming challenges with confidence and faith in the path you shall undertake. Fear not adversity, it will give you character and the respect of your peers. Graciously accept your elder's advice, for we only want the full realization of your humanity.
Finally, allow me to extend my prayer that this milestone brings you a greater appreciation of life's blessings and the desire to give back in service to our fellow Cebuanos and the Filipino nation.
Congratulations dear graduates!
Godspeed!

Miss Mariel O. Boncalon - 2nd Honors, SY 2015 - 2016
Good afternoon
Today if I may, I would like to do away with the normal cheesy speeches about how we will miss the fun and bond during our school days.
To our ever dynamic principal, to our excellent mentors, to our respectable guests and honorary parents of each proud completer, to my friends and schoolmates, I ask you to please indulge me. Today marks another history in our educational system, for we- the completers’: the pioneers of the K to 12 Curriculum are stepping towards greater heights and challenges. So as early as this very moment, I salute you as my sign of congratulations as I grandiosely welcome you all in this Junior High moving up ceremony.
Now, I have placed a great stress about being pioneers in this new curriculum in our educational system mainly because we are the ones who embraced this big change which affects us in all aspects of our life- Not discounting the longer school years. But would you agree with me that in all of the great things that has ever happened today in the new millenniuem and the profound advancements in the modern era starts from CHANGE—and change evolves from the basics of beginning, first, primary, initial, step one. We are the millennials’ who have acknowledged and undertook the first step towards a better CHANGE that puts as all together at a potential historic moment where the community is starting to see the future leaders, scientists, engineers, doctors, performers, musicians, artists.
We dream of change to have a new world. We are all dreamers here and dreams are lovely. But they are just dreams: fleeting, ephemeral, pretty. But dreams do not come true because you dream them. It’s hard work that makes things happen. It is hard work that creates change.
Together lets work hard in leading this first step. Once again congratulations to us and welcome.
